A wave of innovative retailers will be arriving at U.S. shores from overseas, and landlords and leasing agents could play a key role in helping these foreign retailers become the H&Ms and the Zaras of tomorrow, said panelists this week at an SCTLive event in New York City, titled “Attracting Global Retailers.”
